Sophie-Jane qualified at a niche shipping litigation practice in the City, and joined Winter Scott LLP in April 2008. Sophie-Jane acts for Owners, Charterers and their P&I insurers as well as salvors handling both "wet" and "dry" shipping disputes. Recent cases have focused on unsafe ports, speed and performance, crane breakdown and off-hire disputes as well as ship casualty work.
Sophie-Jane is a graduate of Bristol University.
