Paul Haworth is a Solicitor and Master Mariner with 16 years experience at sea in all ranks from Cadet to Master. He served on a variety of vessels including LPG tankers, cruise ships and Ro-Ro ferries before moving into the offshore sector. Whilst working in the offshore sector he served on Class 2 Dynamically Positioned vessels carrying out: well stimulation, dive support, off-shore construction, cable and pipe laying. He has also worked as a warranty surveyor in Mexico.
In 2006, he obtained his Graduate Diploma in Law before passing the Legal Practice Course in September 2007 and was admitted in 2009.
He has been with Winter Scott LLP since 2009 and handles all types of maritime litigation.
