Prior to joining Winter Scott LLP, Patrick trained at a niche City of London firm specialising in maritime and insurance law.
Patrick now has a broad commercial and maritime law practice acting for a number of owners, charterers and cargo interests in claims in respect of voyage and time charterparties as well as bills of lading and contracts of affreightment. Patrick also has experience in dealing with claims and enforcement proceedings arising from forward freight agreements incorporating the ISDA Master Agreement.
Patrick read Law and Spanish at Sheffield University and spent a year studying Spanish Law at Salamanca University.
