Ken specialises in admiralty law, and is recognised as a leader in his field. He represents Owners and P&I Clubs in Charterparty and Bills of Lading disputes, and has acted in many high profile casualties such as the Sea Empress in Milford Haven, the Nassia in the Bosphorus, the Trade Daring in Brazil, the Vertigo in Denmark and the Zhi Qiang off Papua New Guinea.
Ken is a graduate of UWIST, and in his earlier career worked as a deck officer on tankers and bulk carriers and as a navigating officer in the Canadian Coast Guard on icebreakers where he transited the North West Passage.
