Graeme joined Winter Scott in 2007 having previously practiced shipping law in the city. He graduated with a double honours degree from the Australian National University before working for a leading Sydney firm where he first encountered shipping work. Later he came to London where he has remained. Graeme re-qualified in the UK and over the years has handled a broad section of shipping related claims. In addition, Graeme has developed considerable experience in trade related disputes which is an area of particular interest given the links between sale and carriage contracts.
